Terms of Use.

These terms govern access to the FORLIK platform — mobile applications, website and table-ordering pages — and all orders placed through it.

You accept them by creating an account, and again by confirming each order. Confirming an order constitutes firm acceptance of these terms and an undertaking to pay the total amount displayed.

FORLIK is a technical and logistical intermediary. We provide the platform, organise delivery by independent couriers, collect the sums due on behalf of the restaurants and provide first-line support.

• The contract of sale for the products is concluded directly between you and the restaurant.
• The restaurant is solely responsible for the composition, the quality, the conformity and the accuracy of the information displayed — in particular allergens and ingredients — and for compliance with hygiene rules.
• FORLIK is responsible for the delivery service it organises and for the proper functioning of the platform.

Creating an account requires a valid telephone number, an email address or a university account. You warrant the accuracy of the information provided and undertake to keep it up to date.

By creating an account, you declare that you are of legal age and legally capable of contracting.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your means of access. The code received by SMS is enough to access your account: do not disclose it to anyone. Any order placed from your account is deemed to originate from you; inform us without delay of any unauthorised use.

An account is personal. It may not be transferred, shared or used for commercial purposes.

Depending on the restaurant and the time, several arrangements are offered:

• Delivery on campus — a courier brings the order to the delivery point you have indicated.
• Pickup — you collect the order yourself at the restaurant counter, using the code communicated to you.
• Table ordering — you order from your table by scanning the QR code found there, and the restaurant serves you on the spot.
• Restaurants located off campus — some partners are delivered by grouped runs, according to departure times set in advance and displayed when you order.
• Scheduled order — you reserve a slot for receiving your order. Slots are offered within the limits of available capacity and of a minimum preparation time.

The availability of each arrangement depends on the restaurant, the time and the conditions of service. Only the options actually displayed when you place your order are open to you.

Deliveries are made within the perimeter of the campus served. A delivery point located outside that perimeter is refused at the time of the order.

The area served and the available delivery points may change. Those offered to you in the application at the time of the order prevail.

You select your products, check the summary — items, options, applicable fees, any tip, discounts and total payable — then confirm.

The order is definitively formed only after acceptance by the restaurant. Failing acceptance, no sum remains acquired: you are refunded if you had already paid, and not debited otherwise.

Product prices are set by the restaurants and displayed inclusive of all taxes, in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).

Depending on the arrangement chosen, the following items may be added to the products — always itemised before confirmation:

• Delivery fee, determined by FORLIK. It varies according to the time slot of the delivery, the location of the restaurant and the arrangement chosen. Pickup and table ordering bear none.
• Service fee, applicable to pickup, to table ordering and to deliveries from a restaurant located off campus.
• Tip, entirely optional, freely set by you and paid in full to the courier who carries out your delivery on campus. It is not offered on orders delivered by grouped run from a restaurant located off campus, those runs being remunerated at a flat rate.

For a scheduled order, the fees are those of the delivery slot chosen, and not those of the time at which you place the order. The amount displayed at the time of confirmation is the one that applies.

The payment methods available are those actually offered to you at the time of the order. They vary according to the arrangement, the restaurant and the medium used:

• Cash — on delivery, into the hands of the courier, or at the restaurant counter. A ceiling applies to payment in cash: from that amount upwards, the order must be paid in advance. The ceiling in force is indicated to you at the time of payment.
• FORLIK balance — your available balance on the platform.
• Bank card — this method is not yet open to the public. It will be offered to you only when it actually appears among the payment options.

When card payment is offered, it will be operated by an approved payment provider. FORLIK never keeps your card number, its expiry date or its security code. The order will be recorded only after confirmation of payment, and your bank’s strong authentication will be handled where it is required.

A scheduled order for delivery must be paid in advance: a courier is reserved for the slot. A scheduled pickup may be paid at the counter.

FORLIK collects the sums in its capacity as an intermediary, then pays over to the restaurants and to the couriers what is due to them, according to the terms agreed with each of them.

Promotional codes and a referral programme may be offered. They are governed by the following rules:

• Each code has a period of validity and may be subject to a minimum order amount, to an establishment, to a campus or to a number of uses.
• Codes are neither combinable unless otherwise stated, nor transferable, and have no monetary value.
• The referral reward is earned once the referred person’s first order has actually been delivered and above a minimum amount. It is capped per period.
• Self-referral, the creation of multiple accounts and any circumvention of the rules result in the cancellation of the benefits and may justify suspension of the account.

If an order that benefited from a code is cancelled, the code may be restored to you where its conditions allow.

The times displayed in the application are estimates, calculated from the restaurant’s preparation time, the distance and the conditions of the moment. They do not constitute a contractual commitment to a specific time.

For a scheduled order, the slot chosen constitutes the service objective around which preparation and delivery are organised.

You must be reachable and present at the delivery point indicated. If you remain unreachable after two call attempts by the courier and a reasonable waiting time on the spot, or if the information provided is incorrect, the order may be considered delivered and give rise to no refund. You may contest that assessment with support, who will re-examine the situation.

The handover is verified so that your order is given to you and to no one else:

• On delivery — you confirm receipt by scanning the code presented by the courier.
• On pickup — you present the pickup code communicated to you.
• For runs from an off-campus restaurant — the handover is recorded by the courier at the time of delivery.

We invite you to check your order on receipt. Any anomaly observed must be reported without delay, in accordance with article 13.

Cancellation by you

• Free of charge for as long as the restaurant has not accepted the order and no courier has been engaged.
• Beyond that stage, cancellation is no longer possible from the application: contact support, who will assess the situation.
• For a table order, cancellation cannot be made from the application: speak directly to the staff of the establishment, who will cancel it if preparation has not begun.
• For a scheduled order, the slot may be released from the application for as long as the restaurant has not accepted the order — which often occurs well before the slot itself. Beyond that stage, contact support.

Cancellation by the restaurant or by FORLIK

An order may be cancelled in the event of a product being unavailable, of an unforeseen closure, of an impossibility of delivering or of a suspicion of fraud. You are informed of this and the sums already paid are returned to you in accordance with article 13.

How to make a claim. As foodstuffs are involved, report any anomaly to us within 24 hours of receipt: after that time, proof becomes difficult to establish. That time limit facilitates the handling of your request and does not deprive you of any right — your legal guarantees remain open within the periods provided for by law. Attach any useful supporting evidence, photographs in particular. Write to support@forlik.com. We acknowledge receipt and handle your request within a reasonable time.

Allocation of responsibilities. A missing, incorrect or non-conforming item is a matter for the restaurant. An abnormal delay or an order damaged during transport is a matter for the delivery service provided by FORLIK. In both cases, your point of contact is FORLIK support: the internal allocation is not your concern.

Limitations of liability. In its capacity as an intermediary, FORLIK is not responsible for the intrinsic quality of the products, for a restaurant’s failure to comply with hygiene rules, nor for the consequences of incorrect information provided by you. The mandatory legal guarantees you enjoy in your capacity as a consumer remain, in any event, fully applicable.

After receipt, you may rate the restaurant and the courier. Reviews must be sincere, personal and based on a real order.

Insulting, defamatory or discriminatory remarks are prohibited, as is the publication of data making it possible to identify a third party. A review contrary to these rules may be hidden. You remain responsible for the content you publish.

By using FORLIK, you undertake to:

• Provide accurate information and a real delivery point.
• Not place any fictitious or fraudulent order, or any order intended to cause harm.
• Pay the amount due, in particular in cash where that method has been chosen.
• Behave respectfully towards couriers and restaurant staff.
• Not attempt to access non-public parts of the platform, to disrupt it, to automate it or to extract its content on a large scale.
• Not circumvent the rules of promotional offers or create multiple accounts.

FORLIK may restrict, suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, of fraud or of abusive use. Except in an emergency or in the event of a serious breach, you are informed beforehand and may submit your observations to support.

A restricted account can no longer place orders, including in cash. Sums due on either side remain payable.

On your side, you may request the deletion of your account from the application or by writing to support@forlik.com. Deletion is deferred for the time needed to bring orders in progress to their conclusion and to settle any financial position. Its effects on your data are described in the privacy policy.

FORLIK endeavours to ensure the continuity of the service without being able to guarantee it. Access may be interrupted or restricted for maintenance, for security reasons, in the event of force majeure or of exceptional circumstances — weather, an event on campus, unavailability of restaurants or of couriers.

When order taking is suspended, the information is displayed to you in the application. No compensation is due by reason of such an interruption; orders already paid for and not carried out are refunded.

The FORLIK name, the logos, the visual identity, the texts, the interfaces, the databases and the source code of the platform are protected and remain the exclusive property of their holder.

Use of the platform confers on you only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to its purpose. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction, adaptation or exploitation is prohibited.

The content you publish — reviews, photographs attached to a claim — remains yours. You grant us the right to display it and to use it in connection with the service and the handling of your request.

The processing of your data is governed by our privacy policy, established in accordance with Loi 09-08 (Moroccan personal data protection act) and the GDPR. Cookies and storage on your device are described in our cookie policy, and our protection measures on our Security page.

FORLIK may amend these terms to take account of changes in the service or in the applicable regulations. Substantial amendments are notified to you thirty days before they come into force, in the application or by message.

Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Failing agreement, you may stop using the service and request the deletion of your account. The version applicable to an order is the one in force on the day of that order.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

In the event of a difficulty, first address your claim to support: support@forlik.com. We undertake to seek an amicable solution.

Failing agreement within a period of thirty days, the dispute falls to the competent courts of Rabat, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers, which allow you in particular to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.

If any provision of these terms were held to be invalid, the others would remain fully applicable.
