What Forlik keeps running.

What each service does, and who can reach it.

  • Ordering and checkout

    Delivery to the building, and ordering from the table. The exact total is shown before you confirm, and the estimated arrival time as soon as the order is placed.

  • Table ordering

    The QR code on the table opens the menu in your browser, with no account and nothing to install. Open at one campus counter.

  • Courier space

    Couriers go online whenever they choose. Every run is itemised line by line and recorded on their Forlik wallet statement, and withdrawals are requested from the same screen.

  • Courier tracking

    The courier's position on the campus map, and the order's timeline. In the Forlik app — in pilot at UIR, not yet published in the stores.

  • Restaurant dashboard

    Menu, orders, scanned hand-offs and statements, on one screen.

  • Sign-in

    On the web, students sign in with their university Microsoft account, partners with their email and a password. In the pilot app, a one-time code is also possible.

  • Cash at hand-off

    On the web, you pay in cash at the hand-off, as long as the total you actually pay — delivery fee and tip included — stays under 200 DH. Above it, the order can't be placed on the web yet.
