Its couriers are students already on campus who know the buildings, and every delivery address is checked against the campus boundary before an order is accepted, so orders are routed across 26 mapped campus zones and 23 buildings rather than through city traffic. On-campus deliveries carry a delivery fee and no separate service fee.

How long does a Forlik delivery take?

Forlik does not promise a fixed delivery time. The app computes an ETA for your specific order and shows it before you confirm. That estimate combines the restaurant's own preparation time, the time for a courier to reach the pickup point, and the walk to your building. Orders from off-campus restaurants travel on scheduled runs, so they take longer than on-campus ones.

How much does Forlik delivery cost?

The app shows the exact total — items, delivery fee, any service fee and your tip — before you confirm, and that is the amount you pay. The delivery fee depends on the time of day and on whether the restaurant is on or off campus; on-campus deliveries carry no separate service fee. Large baskets get an automatic reduction on the delivery fee. You can pay in cash on delivery up to a limit shown at checkout, or from your in-app Forlik wallet.

Can I order for pickup or dine in at the restaurant?

Yes, at KRONO and ART'CHILL. For dine-in, scan the QR code on your table and order from your phone as a guest — no account and no download needed — and the order is brought to your table. For pickup (click and collect), you order ahead and collect at the counter; a small service fee replaces the delivery fee, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm.

How do I become a Forlik courier?

Forlik couriers are students. Create an account in the Forlik app with your phone number and the one-time code sent by SMS, then submit a courier application; the Forlik team reviews and approves it before you can accept deliveries. Earnings are credited to your in-app courier wallet and can be withdrawn. The terms that apply to couriers are set out in the courier agreement you accept when you apply.

Every Forlik delivery uses a dual QR-code handshake: the restaurant scans a code to release the order to the courier, and the courier scans the customer's code at hand-off to confirm the order was delivered to the right person.

Forlik is live at Université Internationale de Rabat (UIR) in Rabat, Morocco, with 5 active partner restaurants. Deliveries are made inside the campus only — an address outside the campus boundary is refused. Université Mohammed VI Polytechnique (UM6P) is set up on the platform for a future launch. The iOS and Android apps are not published yet, but dine-in ordering already works from the QR code on the table at partner restaurants.
